Coxswain Leadership Camp: Week 2
July 20th-24th
Co-ed High School Coxswains, ages 13-19
Register Here: https://www.regattacentral.com/clubs/?org_id=2916
What Coxswains Can Expect:
Come prepared to learn outside of the coxswain seat. There are many skills to practice that will better prepare you to make the best decisions while on the water. It is my belief that the best coxswains are the ones who want to be known as a teammate first, an athlete second and a coxswain third. There are nine seats in an 8+ that combine into one in order to make that boat as fast as it can be. This camp will help you be that 9th seat who makes a difference in boat speed.
Rowing Leadership Camp

High school women only

What Rowers Can Expect:
Three boats across competitive action will be the best memories from this camp. 26 rowers and five coxswains will have the chance to train their minds and bodies to become better athletes, teammates, and leaders. SAFETY MAP |
